This is a brand new LCD ribbon cable for your Saab SID1 or SID2. This will solve the common fading and pixelation issues seen with these information displays.
This Saab ribbon cable is not plug-and-play – you will need to use a T-handle soldering iron for bonding the ribbon to the circuit board. We also sell a 6-pack of twist-in bulbs for the failed backlighting in your SID unit.
We do not offer any additional technical support for this DIY part.
