We repair many Mercedes instrument clusters dating back to the 1970’s. Typically on these we see mechanical odometer gear failures.  After 50 years these parts had a good run.  Luckily parts are available today to get the odometer spinning again.

Mercedes gauge clusters in the 1990’s and 2000’s were not as good as their neighbor Audi so we see more gauge failures and display screen problems.

Mercedes also used the same Switec Juken motors that failed for GM in the early 2000’s on some models.
